Happy Birthday, gramps. No other one single person I would rather have shared a room with in Toronto.

In the past, SportsJournalists.com has gone down for a few days at a time (doesn't happen any longer0

The fallout shelter was an alternate site for SportsJournalists.comers to head to but you had to know the secret hand shake to get in. :)

Screw you, JR. I'm still in my 30s... barely.

My birthday has been a wet dream so far... and not in the good way. I got caught in a down pour earlier. And I had almost a mile to walk while the buckets rained from the heavens. I have never seen it rain so hard so quickly. At one point, I saw an ark float by. I was doing OK--my crappy umbrella was sort of holding up--but there was no way the streets could drain quickly enough to keep up. So I ended up wading through knee-deep rushing currents and my canvas shoes, cotton socks and pants got soaked. I'm sitting in my office right now in my boxer shorts with the shades pulled down and my door locked.

I'm too old for this shit.

Happy Birthday. Even though it's never as good as the first time, I was wondering if you wanted to come look at these lights with me :D
