I was going to start a thread titled 'To the Tribe...' just see how many people would scream 'WE HAVE A BASEBALL THREAD!'

Happy healthy to all. 5772, where has the time gone??

One of my daughter's teachers mentioned this week that it was 3XXX on the Jewish calendar. Poor kid is sitting there trying to decide whether to tell him he's only off by 2,000 years.

    L'shana tovah tikateivu to all.

Don't you love wishing other Jews happy new year in September and seeing the puzzled look on the face of the goyem?

Happy and healthy new year to all of my fellow members of the tribe.

So ... what happened in the Year 2525? Or, to crossthread, 2112?

Nope, just another dirty goy. :) I have several close friends who are Reform Jewish and I've learned a lot about Jewish culture and traditions from them. In fact, I was invited this past year to a Seder.

There is a temple right next to the local football stadium that I walk past at every home game.

And here I was thinking you were referring to the number of posts BYH makes instead of satisfying his wife...

Just kidding. Happy New Year to all my Jewish friends and family!
