The orginal is on AMC right now.

Classic horror film - not because of gore, but because it's so damn freaky and done well.

I'm affraid to watch Rob Zombie's remake.

That's why I tuned in. And also, why I love Rosemary's Baby, which is less frightening...just creepy.

  5. If it eases your worries at all (and it did mine), I know of a few avid (original) Halloween fans who've seen advanced screenings of Robb Zombie's version and loved it because it kept the feel (and many great scenes) of the original but added some great newness to it. Especially pleasing is more Michael Myers background.

Props on your handle. It's giving me epileptic seizures.

Nice. I'll probably see it. I'm just scared - and not 'cause it's a horror film.

I thought maybe someone walked into a Yankee Candle or Cracker Barrel in July.

Caught the last hour and a half of Halloween 4 and the beginning of Halloween 5 last night before going to bed. Why is AMC showing these now as opposed to, oh I don't know, Halloween night?

Hopefully they show all Halloween movies, with the exception of the one that came after H20, that weekend.

Watched 4 and the beginning of 5 also, and wanted to see what the actress who played Jamie (Danielle Harris) was up to. I did not know she'd been stalked in her early adult life, which is really bizarre considering the Halloween films. Talk about life imitating art.
