Dr. Z at least had a good football argument to keep him out.

As long as you did better than you did with the apples-lugnuts Larry Brown reference.

Brown was given a Super Bowl MVP award for that "performance." It was a perfect example of a guy getting two much credit for two plays. Sorry you missed the connection.

Yeah I would venture a guess that 90 percent of 'em are true. And, oop, I'll admit it makes my argument a little on the emotional side. But for all his last-second kicks, he had some colossal misses, too. As far as kickoffs, his first 10 to 12 years in the league, he was without peer.

    But yeah. A big-time prick.

I had forgotten Dean got in. High-impact selection. I do think Craig should be in, though.

If you had seen Law's play, you never would have compared it to the two Brown gifts.

I did. It was still just one play.

Pearson pushed. Rice pushed. Michael Irvin pushed.

    Your point?

Compared to ZERO plays by Brown.

Re: Ty Law's interception, the Patriots got lucky on that play because Mike Vrabel slapped Kurt Warner upside the head on that play, which should have resulted in a penalty that negated the play.

At least I'm pretty sure slaps to a quarterback's helmet were illegal then.
