    Just watch out for people whose plates start with 49 or are from states beginning with I and you're golden.

    Where I spent my Jr. High/High school year, if you could see three vehicles on the road (they didn't neccessarily have to be running either) in all directions of your car, it was considered heavy traffic. Villages were great for that.
