    Oops. I didn't read his post carefully enough. They have certainly had their share of turnover in the past as well, for a number of reasons.

    The same reason many papers have people jump ship -- low pay, bad hours and a bleak future.

    But the scary thing about this place is it seems like a lot of the people who have left recently - say in the past three or four years -- have left and NOT gone on to another paper or in some case even to another job.

    The pay scale is definitely low for a paper of its size (even the real size, not the one they advertise). That is the big one.

    I'm not sure exactly where it is now. I know they were barely at 100,000 four years ago and I know they haven't doubled that number since.

    Has anyone heard any news on this one as far as timeframe and pay
