On spring break one year we were at a bar where they had a breathalyzer. You pay 50 cents and it tells you whether you're too drunk to drive.

    Great idea right?

Well, this idiot and a bunch of his idiot friends decided to see how high we could get the number before we passed out, puked, died or whatever... The first one went out at .23. Another went out at .27. One more went to .29. I got to .32 before I started vomiting violently. The "winner" who is actually a very well-respected member of the media, blew a .36.

What's really scary is I don't remember any of us being that hung over the next day.

I think it was because most of us puked our guts out... :)

Asphyxiation due to aspirating his own vomit after passing out.

He's too drunk to move so he gets charged with resisting arrest.

I hear he lost his job for posting his drunk pics on Facebook the very next day.

As someone who lives in RI, I can tell you that the state department does not keep actual stats or records of any kind. They wouldn't want to promote competition (very old cross-thread about RIIL).

As for the drive himself, he must be a Patrick Kennedy fan.

    Yeah. I said it.
