I just don't see how Nantz/Kellogg would have done a better job on that K-State game the other night. God bless Gus Johnson. And Len Elmore is a perfect fit for him.

In a perfect world, nantz/kellogg would be broadcasting the OVC game of the week.

Nantz doesn't bother me so much. Kellogg does. He's the fourth best analyst of the four crews working games this weekend.

Gus hasn't added to these games, these games have added to Gus.

Agree that Johnson and Elmore is a perfect tandem. They each complement each other well.

Gus is great...if the game is tied late...otherwise, going apeshit over a 3 with 7 minutes left...not impressive.

Like a bad B-movie, Gus Johnson goes so far overboard he circles back around to enjoyable.

I like Johnson. He was awesome in the K-State/Xavier game.

Raftery and Bilas are both money. Bilas knows his stuff and Raftery is just fantastic.

I'm a print guy with a broadcasting degree, and the first thing they teach you in pXp is to sound natural with emotion. So, Gus doesn't sound like Ben Stein, instead he's sounding like a fan. And that's why I like him so much.

But as much as I love Gus, he's no Jack van Gelder:
