Worth noting -- you went back a year and a half to find that shooting in a college in Canada.

I only have to go back 12 hours to find a deadlier shooting on a college campus in the US.

Put me among those who believe the percentage of crazies is probably the same everywhere, but the percentage of crazies with easy access to handguns is waaaay too damn high in the US.
