Groupon for the Newseum

    Myself and many others have come out against paying $20 or more per visit to the Newseum, but $35 for a one-year pass, I'm down with that.

    It's only worth it, of course, if you're in the D.C. area or you plan on visiting a couple times. A friend visited last month; she spent three hours there and said she could have spent all day in the place, and she's not a journalist.

    I must have missed something. Poked around for a couple hours but never had the feeling of "Wow, I could have spent all afternoon here."

    Not worth the $38 we spent, IMO. Especially with almost everything else free.
