And poor Bevo Francis disappears from the record books.

He was 52 for 108 from the field.

108 shots? That would do it...

Was just about to post this.

Paul Westhead thinks Grinnell needs to work the ball around a little.

Here's a little history of Faith Baptist Bible's men's program:

Phil Mushnick just wrote 1,500 words about running up the score and wonders how the Oakland Raiders uniform colors are to blame.

I like the kid who scored 89 last year scoring 7 in this game while watching his record get bested by a mere 49 points.

They don't do THAT with regularity.

Highest-scoring individual game in organized basketball history, beating WV prep Danny Heater's 135 points in a 1960 game by one point.

This kid goes off for 138 points in 35 minutes of playing time.

Texas and USC combined for 112 points today in a game that went into overtime.

Wikipedia, of course, has the list of everyone who's ever scored 100 points in a game.

    I adore this stat line.

138 points, 108 shot attempts, 71 three point attempts, ZERO assists.

That, my friends, is the best definition you'll ever see of a gunner. "Pass" is an entirely foreign word to this kid.

In his defense - so to speak - every guy on that team is the definition of a gunner.

They won their first two games 130-101 and 111-100. That's how they play.
