FLOTG was one of those movies I never thought about seeing in a theater or was interested in getting on DVD, but I watched on free TV. (AMC I think). Couldn't believe that was Jena Malone as the daughter.

I'd add Happy Gilmore's tour championship performance, especially his putt to win the tour championship, to the list in fourth place behind Steve Nebraska, Bugs Bunny and Thornton Melon.

Don't really have anything to add, except that you all are amazing. I can't think of one you missed.

    Dignan ... Bugs ... Brilliant.

Youngblood going between his legs on the penalty shot in Youngblood.

I think they shot Rob Lowe at top speed and then just pretended it was slow-motion.

There IS one I've always been partial to:

Nolte as Lance Rentzel as Phil Elliott.

No mention of "Neon" Bodeaux in "Blue Chips"? For shame. :D

I love that movie, DO. Don't know why no one ever talks about it. Love the opening monologue by Robin Williams.

    Ron Shelton's most underrated movie.

    Youngblood?

This guy has North Star colors, a bottle of Grain Belt...do you not recognize the colors in the arena?
