I may be the last person to stumble on this, but Keith Richards has his own website, one where's he's answered 160 or so questions from fans.

    http://www.keithrichards.com/index_flash.html

On some of the questions, you can even click to hear a recording of him doing it in the trademark Keef rasp.

Anyway, here's one where he's asked his thoughts about Bob Dylan:

“Intriguing man, intriguing man. Touch of the white-line fever, which is the endless roadwork that can sometimes take you over, you know. I mean, on the road again. Ask Willie Nelson. Ask a lot of us. You can get into that thing where it’s just like – the next gig, the next gig. And you realize you’ve not really done anything except the next gig. You know, but hey, Bob likes to push his guys hard, man.”

Not the white-line fever you normally envision with Richards, but what the hey.
