Great athletes, bad photos

    From Slate via SND's Facebook page. Photog on assignment for AFP takes shots, Getty picks them up, they get online and, you're right, it is not ending well.

    These suck. The background isn't wide enough, the subjects are to close to it, and the lighting is terrible. If the photographer was going for some kind of raw, unpolished look, he nailed it. It looks like someone gave a camera to a passerby and said, "Go for it."
