Graphing software for presentation, any help?

Fellas, I need to graph some paper-related data and give a power point-type presentation to higher ups. It will involve simple numbers over a timeframe.

I'm generally pretty technically proficient, can do basic html, etc., but I've never waded into this area before. Is power point my only option? If not, I'm open to any and all suggestions.

    Thanks in advance.

You can use the Chart Wizard function in excel and then copy and paste into Powerpoint.
