  3. Do you use a third-party client (Tweetdeck, Seesmic, etc.)? It's plenty more manageable that way.

    I could see it as a great off-site meeting tool, but so few newspaper have people in different places now, it loses the point.

    I could see it, say, for a staff meeting when a couple guys are on the road or off.

    And it would be *great* to plan a staff BBQ.

    I heard this yesterday -- we never did get started using it for real -- and I certainly admire your doggedness on going back and digging up this thread from last November.

    Never used it past the first week. Just hated it so much.

    My dogged investigation led me to the Advanced Search section of the site. Then I had to type in Google Wave and look at the first result!

    I tried it twice and found no use for it in my everyday life. God, remember all the hype about it when it was introduced?

    I didn't even understand what it was. Never tried it. Forgot it ever existed.
