New feature, although I'm not sure how happy I'd be if my house showed up here. If you're not sure where to find the World Series in Denver, click on this link:
http://snurl.com/1si7c, then click Street View and drag the little figure to the green arrow on the map.

This is where I grew up, on the corner of Josie and Metz in LBC

Nevermind, the address goes back to Denver.

If the streets are outlined in blue.

Thought that would mean that the roads were being sarcastic.

I used google's satelite view to check out vacation rentals in San Diego last night.

We found a few properties near Mission Beach we were interested in, and the satelite image tool let us see exactly where the condo was. Some, which said they were beach side, turned out to be three blocks from the beach. Not a big deal, but if I'm renting a San Diego beach house, I want the view to be of the ocean, not a sliver of the ocean from between the neighboring houses.

We found one we liked and will be digging our toes into the sand in February.

There was a big controversy about this; there were pictures in SF of some guy getting arrested, a guy peeing, people going into strip clubs, etc. Here are a few good ones: http://mashable.com/2007/05/31/top-15-google-street-view-sightings/
