I know this thread will make sportsbra wet himself, but Whitlock does a fairly good job at breaking down the reasons why Notre Dame is so awful this year. The only thing wrong with this piece, and it's a big thing, is Whitlock's tried-and-true race card. He doesn't call ND officials racist, but it is tiresome that he brings up the subject, yet again, further desensitizing the issue to people.

At least he knew what he was doing.
I like reading Whitlock and chalk this up to an off day spicing up a column he wrote on an on day.

    Then you missed this:

As fun as it might sound, you don't want to lose your virginity to Jenna Jameson.

Are we talkin' the current Jenna who looks like she hasn't eaten anything (insert joke here) in two years or the Jenna that was in the Howard Stern movie and was quite attractive in a non-slut way?

You'd have to ask Whitlock about that.

I wonder which version of Jenna they'll use on the postage stamp?

All it took was one sentence to make me stop reading:

For the record, I never said Notre Dame was racist for firing Tyrone Willingham.

He calls the media lazy and biased for "co-signing" off on the Weis extension.

I don't remember anyone at Notre Dame asking me for my support.

Screw Notre Dame. They get what they deserve.

That's two JW columns with a Jenna Jameson reference that I can remember. You trying to tell us something Jase?

  12. Yes, he's a porn-and-champagne-room stud who's worried about how popular culture corrodes our values.
