Good news for the book industry...Lost Symbol sells a million copies in one day

Great news for an industry that's also going through some rough times. Those numbers are for sales in UK, US and Canada.

Nice one day royalty cheque for Mr. Brown.

Even more astonishing (at least to me) is that on Amazon the Kindle edition is outselling the dead trees edition

 

I picked it up Wednesday, but I'm working on the Tillman book first.

Speaking of behind the times, when are you guys going to put your goalposts in the back of the end zone where they belong?

 

They're fine where they are, thank you. Can probably count on one hand -- and then I wouldn't need the entire hand -- the number of times where the uprights have interfered with a play, and usually it is because it alters the path of a pass attempt.
