    Gravy is really good on biscuits. And mashed potatoes. And just about anything, really.

    My wife must have never grown up with gravy. When she makes mashed potatoes, it comes w a tab of butter.

    If its a holiday, I'll make the gravy. If not, I keep a jar of store bought gravy around.

    Unfortunately, every place seems to serve sausage gravy instead. Sigh.
