    From The Pipeline:

Brian Windhorst from Akron Beacon Journal to Plain Dealer to cover Cavs.

    (sorry Ace)

Congrats to Scoop, a good guy.

I'm not sure why Moddy d_b'd himself :D, but I guess I'll follow suit. This is what I posted on the other thread.

Goof for Windhorst. Glad things happen to good people.

As for the ABJ, it's just sad. In the 1990s, it inspired me to get into this business. Now it's just a punchline.

Moddy had computer issues, wiseass. I'll get rid of the other one.
I thought I'd posted a thread, couldn't figure out why I couldn't find the damn thing.
Duh. I somehow made it sticky.

What a win-win! P-D hires the best person possible to cover the Cavaliers beat AND deals a blow to the competition. Good for Brian.

  8. I read Windhorst's blog, and I really don't care about the Cavs. He's quite good.

  9. Does anyone know how he's doing, health-wise? TrueHoop mentioned a little while ago that he was ill for some time.
