Sunday is the 10th anniversary party at my bar of choice, the Brewhouse Cafe.

It's your typical soccer bar, located in Little 5 Points.

There's going to be live music, and VRB bar, and probably plenty of free Jager shots tonight.

 

I'll second Ted's Montana Grill.

I'm a big fan of the Bison meatloaf. It should be noted that the prices here are very very reasonable.

 

Buckhead Diner is amazing...

 

Are you serious, Mizzou? It's good, but it wouldn't even make my top 10 in town.

 

I can't claim to know what the best restaurants in Atlanta are, but a few years ago, after a long night of drinking, we wound up at Buckhead Diner and if you like diner food, it was great... We went back there the next day for lunch and it held up...

Never underestimate the value of a truly good diner...

 

Which is it, "amazing" or just "great"?

For a diner, it was amazing... Take that for what it's worth...

 

Buckhead Diner is totally overrated. It's yuppie diner food, not real diner food.

I will second Hoops' recommendation of Agnes & Muriel's. Great comfort food and kitschy as all get-out, in a good way.

 

in honor of Alan Greenberg: I hear (the greasy spoon) Varsity was his favorite spot in Atlanta...

 

Don't know if this has been mentioned, it's a no-brainer in midtown Lanta.
