Did the wedding party take pictures in front of the huge fireplace at St. Pat's or throw glasses in it? Say, you were just down the street from Edina High School. Home of 140 Minnesota State High School Championships. Take that, Eden Prairie!

When you were at Interlachen I was at the Met, and did that game suck. I'm going to be playing Interlachen later this summer. I hope the beer carts come around often. They do have beer carts at Interlachen, right?

Jay, has the wedding party picked a spot for pictures yet? Your hotel is six minutes by car according to Google maps from Minnesota Viking World HQ. The Viking ship on the 494 side has been all fixed up and has a sail and everything now. Great spot for wedding pictures. You can park right in front and get everybody up on the ship. Skol, Vikings:

The lawn bowling bar is Brits:

The Aquatennial block party is downtown Friday night:

The train schedule from Target Field. Make sure you get off at the right terminal for your flight. There are two in MSP:

Hey slap, remember the Steak and Ale on the 494 strip? Couple of months ago reopened as as Cowboy Jacks. Gutted the place and added a patio on the 494 side:

Mall of America. If you go find Harmon Killebrew's chair on the wall in the Nickelodeon park:

Jay, I can give you some more bar/restuarant ideas for Friday if you want. Are you cabbing it? How close to the hotel do you want to be? There are places like Parma 8200, Redstone, Senser's, 50th and France, downtown Minneapolis, Mancinis..

Big fan of Town Hall Brewery. Solid food and great house-made beers. Get the Masala Mama IPA and, if it's on tap, the Mango Mama. You'll thank me later!

I do remember the Steak and Ale. Not as well at TTK did, but yeah. Been to Senser's too, but not in years.
Glad to see they fixed the ship... last time I went by, it had seen better days.

Old Red wasn't too interested in putting any money back in the franchise, let alone fix up the ship.

Jay, here are a couple of Target Field links:

Like STG said above, things are ugly in Twins Territory right now. I was there last night. At least it was outside, and not in the Dome.

Hey! We take our sports seriously up here!

If Jay shows that to people he could get hurt.

Watch the security guy try to kick Pearson around the :25 mark, then Armen takes one off the melon at the 4:50 mark.

    Don't mess with us!

Btw, I know who threw the bottle. Not kidding.

All we need now are clips of Hank Stram yammering on the sidelines, Darrin Nelson's drop, Gary Anderson's kick and Favre's pick.
