    It's absolutely insane to me that it's guaranteed for two more years. Maybe they make enough money on the mash-ups and covers on iTunes to make it worth it?

    4 years ago the family would watch the show, together, at the broadcast time. 3 years ago we DVR'd it and most of us watched it together. 2 years ago we DVR'd it, but never watched it and then erased it from the DVR schedule. Last year I had no idea it was still on TV. I'm stunned now that it will be on for the next 2 years.

    Are they making it long enough so it will be on Nick or ABC Family like Law & Order is on TBS/TNT?

    They're up to 88 episodes at the end of this year, but you could probably chop them in half into half hours for syndication anyway, giving them 172 episodes.
