The Irish Daily Star adds that McDonnell and the deceased woman had discussed the arrangement on a bestiality internet chat room, and that Gardaí are satisfied that the intercourse was consensual.

    Did they ask the dog?

    A woman on Emerald Isle
Hadn't knocked boots for a while,
Till she found a young Rover,
Who on command bent her over
And gave her some real doggy style

Why did it take nearly three years to report this? Article says the pup's been under quarantine since October 2008.
