Give this guy a medal or charge him with endangering public safety?

Two armed guys walk into a Toronto bank. Tell everyone to hit the floor. One Chuck Norris wannabe resists, one of the robber shoots but misses him and hits a teller in the leg.

Mr. Norris CHASES the robbers outside and, of course, gets shot.
