GHSA Elite Eight softball tournament in Columbus

    The Georgia High School Association will be holding the 2014 Elite Eight softball tournaments next week in Columbus for all classifications.
    I have attended at least 10 of these tournaments as a sports writer for the Newnan Times-Herald and in past years on my own blog and as an aide for one of the high schools in Coweta County.
    Should you need someone to cover one of your teams I will be available.

    I would try getting in touch with Will Hammock at the Gwinnett Daily Post directly. Gwinnett Co. should have a few teams down there so might be nice for them to have an extra set of eyes and ears
