Sandra Bullock Snubs Oprah, King, And Walters, But Pal George Lopez Gets The Prize
    Posted on April 15th, 2010
(HMG) – Big time talk show hosts and entertainment magazines have been clamoring for the juicy interview that will lead to the first time Sandra Bullock talks about her cheating hubby. But Oprah, Larry King, and Barbara Walters have all been rejected flat, and the honor of that ratings-drawing personal story has gone to George Lopez.

Lopez and Bullock are close friends, and have been for years. It isn’t surprising that the actress would go to him to conduct the interview that is sure to be the most painful she has ever had to give.

She is even making a few decisions that show she hopes it draws more attention to her buddy’s show. Bullock is not only a longtime personal friend of Lopez, she also served as an executive producer of the comedian’s old ABC sitcom, where she guested a few times.

According to the Chicago Sun Times, Bullock has pushed the interview all the way back to November. While she says she did this because she hopes her personal life will be more stable, it can’t be a coincidence that the air date is the same as Conan O’Brien’s new show on TBS, which is just before Lopez’s show.

    Stop the Internet!

I'm sure that this is worthy of its own thread.

Or, perhaps, it could have gone here: http://www.sportsjournalists.com/forum/threads/76942/

It's a great get, if the interview was happening next week or even next month.

In November it will still get huge ratings, but more than likely people will have moved on to the next Hollywood scandal.

I'm assuming Bullock has nothing to promote between now and then.
