And he did commercials back in the day. There was one for Ozark Airlines where he said "Ozark is now 75 percent transcontinental. Which is better than 75 percent trans-Atlantic."

But Carlin has lost a ton off the fastball. His recent Leno appearances have been darn near unwatchable. Maybe he just doesn't have anything more to really say.
