    Crazy 46 year old guy kidnaps drunk guys and chains them in garage and sexually assaults them. I know the Brett Favre saga is making people crazy in my state but please can't this guy find some roadkill to abuse?

    It's nice to read that at least the police in Wisconsin no longer hand over victims to the criminal when they're running naked down the street, as they did with that poor kid Dahmer then killed.
