    I see this was mentioned briefly on another threat, but it probably deserves its own.

    Some of the gems so far:

    "Don Mattingly started a bi-monthly magazine called "Breath Powered Mobility" he had a thing for girls in wheelchairs."

    "We used to call Curt Schilling's wife a 'Cleveland Brown.' Nice uniform, ugly helmet!"

    "Do you remember when sodomy was illeagal? Don Zimmer does... And he still doesn't think it's funny"

    "In '89 Kevin Mitchell showed up at spring training in work boots, jean shorts and a cock ring. No one said a f*ckng word. He got 9 RBI's"

    All these nice little anecdotes were funnier 40 years ago when Jim Bouton wrote them.

    Unbelievable. Stuff's about as funny as cancer. Low-level thug-frat jock humor . . . sorta like you find on weekday
    mornings on WFAN.
