    In keeping with Gannett's new theming vision, I took the liberty of renaming certain areas of our newsroom:

    Center of Beverage Dispensation (break room)
    Regional Retardation Center (the conference room)
    Inflammation Center (my chair)

    Now, now, now. Centralizing folks to take calls regarding their problems with the paper or bill or whatever is standard.

    It's not like they are rerouting them to India or something.

    I'm surprised the system isn't completely automated anyway.
