    The contrast will be achingly evident, as we progress through the fall campaign.

    And putting rooting interest aside, it's the natural order of things for that contrast to favor one particular side.

    And I'm not a bit sorry, about that.

    No doubt it's condescending, and I have no doubt in my mind both sides are going to attack based on age. But I simply don't see this as anything having to do with race. At least not this particular comment.

    Agreed. Not a smart comment by McCain, it is absolutely ridiculous to try to make that racial.

    They sure do . . . powerful voting demographic, as we both know . . .

    But the contrast being presented is extreme . . . and the sheer energy generated thus far by the New Kid On The Block is remarkable/extreme, as well.
