Now, is this right? Personally, I don't think this is right at all. Funny, hell yes. But I think this shouldn't adorn the front and say, "Hey, look what we can do!"
That's putting the paper in the story instead of reporting on the story.

I go to your site every day. I just wish more papers would send you their sports covers. A site like newseum for sports covers would be great.

 

that's what tabloids do. and by that I mean true tabloids in nature, not in format.

it is the personality of the tabloid that makes it popular and to do that it has to be self-promoting.

I think the design is awesome. How it looks matters far more than the content, anyway....

 

I second that. Seems a number of the early contributors got lazy on you, and it's a shame.
