Back in my college days, I worked at Pier 1. There were very few male customers at Pier 1. I enjoyed working at Pier 1.

When I was in my early 20's I worked at a lady's shoe store in a nice mall. There were things about that job that I enjoyed a great deal.

Yes, there were ladies who enjoyed torturing the poor shoe man... although there were times that the enjoyment was mutual. I also got very good at identifying and hitting on stewardesses, as we were a prime source for uniform shoes. I could ID off-duty stews and know which airline they worked for by the handbag they carried. This paid off in the odd discount flight and quickie vacation a couple of times.

In college we would read stories in Cosmo telling women where to find men, and go there.

    Big brains, you know.
