Fun and interesting twitter

You know, I know I'm an utter shit wet blanket for saying it, but I can't think of many better ways to pass a virus better than petting a shared animal.

And that's how my mind is starting to work now.

 

I would love to have a furry visitor right now. There's only so much Star Trek one can watch and only so much Sporcle one can play during the day.

 

The Divine Miss Mags says you may be allowed to worship from a distance.

 

If you don't read Schlock you should try it. I'm up to date on that twenty year run, and it's a lot of fun. Howard Tayler is a helluva nice guy, an inaginative writer, and a decent artist. Don't judge him on the art in the early comics, he gets a lot better over the years. Highly rec as an internet attraction/time waster.

He's also the model for Tyler Vernon, the protagonist in John Ringo's "Troy Rising" series, which is "Live Free or Die", "Citadel" and "The Hot Gate" so far. Great stuff if you'd like some Space Opera escapism along about now. So there's a twofer on some down time reading.

 

I have read that it's a good time to adopt.
