That Brooklyn BBQ picture was all over my Twitter feed and FB yesterday. My Texas and Alabama friends were laughing at it so hard that they were dislocating their ribs. The general consensus fell somewhere between "I wouldn't feed that crap to my dog" and "Hell, even my dog wouldn't eat that dry looking mess." Throw in a dose of "I can probably buy good Q for a family of four for what they're charging some ignorant Yankee hipster for that. And what the hell are those pickles about?".
