So an 18 year old adult is classified as a "battered victim" because he got blown by a 26-year-old cheerleading coach?

And sounds like it happened late spring of his senior year, if these fools would've just waited another month or so until he graduated all would've been cool and legal, right? Might've made for a sweet graduation night gift.

I'd normally agree with you, but as a condition of probation rather than jail time, I think it works. They could re-start the relationship in a year, but I don't think there was a "relationship" to begin with, considering she moved back to Ohio.
