Diner and Chinatown are my Nos. 11 and 12 picks. I love Annie Hall, but I love Love and Death more.

A great choice. Wouldn't make the list as these people put it together in a million years, but a great choice.

    1. The Godfather (no explanation needed)
    2. Star Wars (250 years from now, there will be Star Wars geeks. Will hold up as well then)
    3. Raiders of the Lost Ark (Incredible action with a plot that makes you wonder why nobody came up with it before)
    4. A Streetcar Named Desire (best acted movie ever)
    5. The Graduate (Hilarious. Hoffman and Bancroft are sizzling together)
    6. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (second best acted movie ever)
    7. A Clockwork Orange (Dynamic effort by Kubrick. Call me a weirdo, but I love watching this movie)
    8. The Wizard of Oz (Like Star Wars, has held up wonderfully. Great music/acting)
    9. 2001: A Space Odyssey (No 2001, no Star Wars)
    10. Unforgiven (what I consider the greatest last 20 minutes in movie history)

Great list, Fenian, including a couple movies I love but hadn't thought about in ages -- Local Hero and His Girl Friday -- which you listed twice. Guess you really like that one. ;D

And I posted this on the other thread. Sierra Leone is a country. Sergio Leone is the filmmaker.
