Field Level Media distributes syndicated breaking news and coverage of more than 7,000 annual events to a global clientele, powered by a network of 200+ professional writers and editors.

We are always on the lookout for professional sports journalists seeking work.

All work is remote, working with a team of editors around the country in a virtual newsroom.

Candidates must have strong subject matter expertise and writing chops - FLM is a professional news service that includes numerous daily news clients among its clients.

If you are interested in covering events (previews & recaps), please send your resume and a few writing samples/links to work to jobs@fieldlevelmedia.com.

If you are interested in editing, you must be comfortable with technology and have a PC - our CMS does not play well with Macs. You also must be comfortable working in a 24/7 deadline environment with the ability to multi-task while editing for style and fact-checking.

    Please send resumes to jobs@fieldlevelmedia.com

Man, what a way to weed out potential candidates. No offense, because I can understand tech issues. But, man!

That’s a dumb way to eliminate very good, intelligent candidates. What’s wrong with your CMS?
