Team Marketing Report is looking for some freelance help to collect information on stadium signage for major professional and college stadiums. TMR is a sports marketing research and publishing company and will use this information for its flagship product, the Sports Sponsor FactBook. This is not a writing gig.

What we're looking for is a comprehensive list of advertising (static and electronic), as well as descriptions of the signs, and any other sponsorships at the event (branded activities, etc.). We pay $30 per signage report, as well as any fees you might incur (parking). If you don't have season credentials, we will get you a press pass (we do this fairly regularly). If that fails, we will get you a ticket.

We'd love to get someone to help out with baseball, and then of course, football, basketball, hockey and major college football. If you can do all of these sports, let us know and this will be a repeating gig. If you can do multiple cities, that's great too.

Obviously this isn't a huge moneymaker, but if you're at the games already, or if you're a traveling writer and are willing to put in about a half-hour to an hour's extra work, it's not bad. Please note this is not for fans. If you get a pass, you're expected to conduct yourself accordingly. But if you're a young writer an hour outside a big city, it's an excuse to skip town.

Send an e-mail (no pms) to tmrweekly@teammarketing.com, if you're interested. Please provide an explanation of your experience, job, etc. Thanks.

Seems like a cool gig for most of us who are frequently attending sporting events.
