Leading NYC-based sports publications company working with pro/college teams seeks superstar editorial mind for freelance copy editor position.

This is a 6- to 7-month position starting mid-June, 2009, and ending in or around January 2010. The freelancer is paid hourly and does not receive benefits.

Must have strong copy edit skills (proofing, fact-checking, some page layout, prepping files for print). Experience in InDesign/Quark is an absolute must. Writing opportunities are plentiful for the driven candidate.

Qualified candidates should send a resume and cover letter to editor@pspsports.com.
