  3. A few years ago, we had a sorority that did $32K worth of damages to the city's art center during a formal event.
    We have no major colleges (so no greek life) in town or within 50 miles. The sorority traveled 45 minutes here to hold the formal.

    Perhaps you might explain privacy and harassment laws to this guy, who seems to think there's nothing criminal at all about this.
