Wow. Why the hell would either one leave their current situations?

Yup. Hence my continued amusement at the printing of such a report.

dudes the people who run this site, also have a razorbacks fan board. I was told they were working overtime to delete all the fire Dana Altman threads that got posted once the story broke yesterday.
And in the immortal words of Gregg Doyle from a column on the A&M mess...

Other than needing a comma after "the source said" ... nothing wrong. Maybe the source is right. Arkansas can contact those coaches. It doesn't mean the coaches are interested.

    Fair enough.

Then let my amusement be trained on the hubris of the school and its fans, who may well have eaten up such a report.

Either way, the main reaction to the idea of Arkansas getting Self or Floyd to answer the phone is a guffaw.

Can't get this (Gold Coast Blonde) in Fayetteville. It's a deal-breaker.

I'll go with the latter there.

Well, maybe Floyd is having second thoughts about being at USC when O.J. Mayo causes the full wrath of the NCAA to come down on the Trojans...

Frank Broyles can't retire soon enough. What a fucking joke. At this rate, he'll be turned down by Mike Newell. :)

Wonder if Broyles will resort to hiring Houston Nutt's brother from Jonesboro.

Why do I have this feeling that as soon as Altman walked out of the presser, in which he was supposedly urged to do a hog call for some TV hacks, he had the Creighton AD on his cell begging to come back?
