Ooops. Long career goes down in flames as he's accused of plagiarizing other writers since 1995.

why couldn't this have been the fate of my former publisher? he got caught red-handed plagiarizing a fw star-telegram columnist and suffered no real consequences.

Jon Flatland. He pretty much has to work in North Dakota or Minnesota.

  5. What finally tipped them off was his glowing review of the Grand Forks IHOP.

Flatland was the second person I had an interview with for my first full-time job in the business.

I would think plagiarizing humor writers is about the easiest way to get busted.

Well, it sounds like at least his daughter loves him.
