    Hell, anyone would need a bracer or 30 before driving through 100 feet of snow.

    Of course, I'd be trying to drive a dumpster or a fire hydrant, but I'd try.

    Sorensen was a noted drunk and, I believe, cokehead with the Brewers in the late 70s. Too bad, because he had a pretty darn good start to his career.

    I got his autograph in the late 70s as a youngster ... at Saz's Bar by my house.

    The driving record is pretty horrendous, but one thing that jumps out is that Sorensen got at least three speeding tickets for going 5 miles over the limit. What's up with that?

    Not defending the guy, of course. He should never be allowed behind the wheel of a car again.

    Maybe the cops plea-bargained it down?

    An appropriate punishment for him would be for every day for the rest of his life, he has to meet the family of a drunk driving victim.
