    I've set up a Facebook for my work and it's been nice...doesn't take long for our purposes (mostly linking things to the site and sending out notices of upcoming big events)...and it gives you a whole new batch of possible contacts when something goes down.

    Coach Joe Smo gets dismissed mid-season and the school's not talking, well maybe you have some parents on Facebook that you can reach.

    Yeah, but the most successful, viral videos are often random crazy stuff, not well-produced pieces.
