    I can't access the list at work, but I'm guessing the 1987 Twins and 1985 Royals are on that list. The 1990 Reds should be there as well.

    One of my happiest childhood sports-watching memories was that 1985 Royals series. If Forbes doesn't love that team as much as I do, then fuck Forbes... :D

    yeah but as a rookie he was good. plus wasn't nagy the ace most of the other years.

    The 1979 Pirates won with Blyleven, Kison, Bibby, Rooker and the Candy Man.

    Not exactly the strongest pitching staff in the world, but that team sure could hit.

    No they weren't. I think they needed those games, they weren't meaningless - those count.That WS frustrated me terribly.
