For those in the Northeast ... a snow haiku

On only 3 hours sleep, I sit awake after helping dig my fiancee's car out of the snow to help her so she can get to work.

In honor of that, I bring to you a snow haiku.


"This snow sucks major ass;
State, county plows need to plow now;
Can we move down south?


For those dealing with this in the Northeast (or anyone else who would like to join in!), lets hear a good one.

Why must I marry?
Singles sleep and sleep and sleep
Their cars white with snow.

 

Patriots giving 21??
Where is my bookie?
Take the Jets and points in snow

It's 5-7-5, dammit!
Perhaps I'll bump it.

 

we call it cold here
temperature in low-40s
howdy from sun belt

 

Snow and rain are fine.
Shoveling sleet sucks big time.
Back'll hurt all day.

 

Nice work... I knew you guys' haikus would be much better than mine.

Upon further review, mine ended up 6-8-5 instead of 5-7-5, so there you go.

'I am full of fail;
Can't even get haiku right;
Got to get more sleep."

 

I read all your words,
but talk of snow confuses;
Twice in three years here.

Nothing but slush on the ground
