Am I the only one who thinks it's odd to post your own column on this board when it's anything other than a request for a critique?

The worst offensive performance in playoff history? Not a bit of hyperbole.

I think I heard somewhere it was the first time a team didn't pick up a first down in the first half of a playoff game since either 1940 or 1960.. one of the two.

And 21 yards in the first 21 plays against THAT defense... I don't think JW was exaggerating. Not a bit.

I just think this is Whitlock's message to all of us who doubted that he would ever use his pimp hand on Herm.

    Props to Whit

Jason, good column. Thanks for the link.

I have a sneeking suspicion, the majority of the posters are either internet geeks or copy desk editors filled with jealously because they haven't reach the big time.

    Sad really.

I can think of a couple playoff games in which the offenses failed to score a single point.

That is a very good column Jason!

    Nice angle and quite logical.

I should pay you to write some of my stuff.

Herm has hampered that offense. Tony G and I worked out together when I was at Cal and he is a total weapon when used correctly.

I think Herm needs a great offensive coordinator and turn over the plays to him, but I am not that up on KC either.

You mean like Mario Van Peebles in Solo?

Also, you really mean worked out in the same gym, don't you?
